Overview of Viterra

We are a financially sound, growth-oriented real estate company. Our business is buying, letting and selling real estate. In addition, we develop attractive office real estate and owner-occupied apartments. With total sales of just under € 1.1 billion, we are one of Germany's biggest companies in this field.

RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE SEGMENT



In the residential real estate business segment, we let and sell approx. 152,000 apartments and houses throughout Germany. Our regional focuses are currently the Ruhr area, the Rhine-Main region and metropolitan areas in the rest of Germany. Last year, we were highly successful in further developing our trading strategy, as the sale of more than 13,000 apartments shows.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT SEGMENT



In the project development business segment, we develop, revitalise and sell office real estate and owner-occupied apartments. We concentrate particularly on central locations in German metropolitan areas as well as in Prague and Warsaw. In 2003, we successfully reinforced this business segment by combining our many years of experience and expertise in the development of office real estate and owner-occupied apartments.
